Customized/ specially designed jewellery usually take around 4-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of the stones required.
The Process:
- Designer Consultation:
Once you approach us with your requested design, we will arrange for a meeting with our design team to discuss the details of the project, such as, the initial ideas, the possibilities of implementing them , finalizing the design, and, how we can craft the piece to meet our standards of craftmanship
- Ebzeem Gemstones:
In the second stage, our team will offer you the option to choose your own Diamonds and gemstones (if applicable), and will fit their size and measurements according to the design agreed upon. We own the finest diamonds and gemstones, which will definitely make you stand out anywhere and in any occasion!
- Sketch & 3D modelling:
The third stage will be carried by our Artistry team, who will create an initial sketch of your design and then convert it into a 3D model to make it look real as much as possible. This will be shared with you before the implementation process, to get your final confirmation on it and to proceed with crafting the requested piece.
- Naming Your own design:
Our team will provide you with the opportunity to name your design and this will be published on our website and shops everywhere.
- You Have Made it!
Here you will finally receive your piece and you will most probably fall in love with it, as we have the best crafting team who takes care of every and each detail! If you seem to have any further doubts or alterations, we will be more than happy to do that for you..
Payment Procedure for Custom Designs:-
1- 33% Deposit to secure a Diamond from our Inventory.
2- 33% after design approval and to proceed to the production stage.
3- Remaining amount upon order completion.
(Delivery will be arranged only after full payment).
*Please Note that diamonds used in custom designs are all LGDs UNLESS CUSTOMER REQUESTS OTHERWISE.
