What Type of Diamonds do you use in your jewellery?

We use both, Man-Made Diamonds (LGD) and Natural Diamonds. All our diamonds are certified from the IGI (International Gemological Institute) and the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).

Moreover, we only use the best quality of diamonds, in terms of Cut, Color and Clarity. All our diamonds range between a color scale of D,E,F and a clarity of VS1 and above.

What makes your jewellery different?

Each piece of Ebzeem Jewellery is especially designed and crafted by our own team. We always make sure we standout with our designs and the authenticity of our jewelry. 

We always aim to build a relationship of trust with our clients , therefore, once you receive your order, you will receive 2 different types of certifications:

• Diamond quality Test certificate.
• Gold Purity Test Certificate.

These certifications are always essential to help protect our valuable customers from Fraud.

Do You have a Physical Address?

What do I do if my jewelry doesn't fit me?

Do You Custom Work?

All our products are made of '21Karat Gold' , we do not usually go lower than that UNLESS the Customer Requests. 

21 Karat Gold Gives you the following privilege: 

- Contains a higher percentage of Gold than that of 18K (which includes a higher mixture of other elements/metals). 

- Health & Safety: 18K Gold usually contains some types of metals that could be harmful and toxic to the body, and some people could actually suffer from allergy problems due to this. 

- With 21K you get a purer portion of Gold in your jewellery, hence a higher resell price. 

There is no thing called 'White Gold'. In order to turn the yellow color of gold to white, it is usually mixed with different types of metals (that could be toxic). As mentioned above, this could lead to some health problems, as well as, hugely decrease the quantity of gold. 

Yes, we do have the 'White color' option, however, for that we use the safest option, that is 'Rhodium plating'. The jewelry piece gets plated with a fine layer of the highest quality of 'Rhodium'. This maintains the percentage of gold in your piece, and saves you from the possible effects of toxic metals. Rhodium also adds a durable surface to your jewelry, thus prevents scratches and tarnish. 

How can I track my order?

 Once we ship your order , you will receive up to date e-mails from our courier company. We will also be tracking your order from our side and make sure it gets delivered to you as soon as possible. In case you face any difficulties with this process you can immediately contact us on (Contact Us).

How long do you take to deliver orders?

In Ebzeem, each piece is customized according to each customer’s measurements and requirements, therefore, our orders usually take between 2-4 weeks to get delivered.
